The Director for Development and Alumni Relations - ±©·çÓ°Òô Louisiana is charged with developing and implementing a strategic advancement program that integrates fundraising, alumni relations and stewardship.  The Director will solicit philanthropic gifts from alumni, friends, corporations and foundations, which align with the overall College's strategic priorities, and is responsible for developing a strategic plan for alumni relations for the ±©·çÓ°Òô-Louisiana campus.  This highly motivated professional will be involved with the planning and implementation of major gift and annual fundraising efforts in support of current operations, endowment, capital, and other priorities from private sources.  

The Discipline Chair for OMM provides on-campus teaching in the specialty field of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM). This position oversees the clinical faculty on ±©·çÓ°Òô’s Core clinical sites who teach students in this specialty and develops and updates annually the clinical curriculum for the core rotations. The Discipline Chair of Psychiatry assumes the leadership role for providing oversight and implementation of the Psychiatry curriculum for OMSI, OMSII, OMSIII and OMSIV at the ±©·çÓ°Òô Louisiana Campus. The position of Family Medicine Faculty participates in the organization and delivery of the educational and research programs related to family medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine, sports medicine and primary care at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine Louisiana Campus. This position encompasses educational, clinical, and research components as well as practice in a clinical practice setting.

This position provides Level 2 end-user support. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of software and hardware issues. Provides support with moves, adds, and changes (MAC's). Assists faculty, staff, and students with workstation and application support. Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft enterprise environments including Tier 1 Domain administration, Connectwise Automate, Office 365, Microsoft Office Suite, and Macintosh Apple products.

Salary Range: $45,000 to $50,000

The position of PPC/OMM Faculty participates in the organization and delivery of the educational and research programs related to family medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine and primary care at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine.  This position also encompasses educational, clinical and research components.

A Standardized Patient (SP) is someone who is trained to portray a scripted medical scenario in a simulated clinical setting. They must accurately and consistently portray specific emotions, behaviors and disease symptoms while interacting with students during a simulated patient encounter. A standardized measuring tool is utilized following each encounter to assess the student in the Humanistic domain.

Teach all assigned coursework to Anesthesiologist Assistant students and actively participate in curriculum development in collaboration with the Program Director; develop, teach, monitor, and evaluates courses in the basic science, clinical, and simulation/skills development aspects of the graduate program; act as a resource for professional and community connections for personal and professional development; act as an academic adviser for the students and mentor for the comprehensive examinations; remain current in professional area of interest and participate in professional societies and activities, participate in all assigned, required, as well as other related professional services and activities in the MHSA Program.

The Vice President for Communications will serve as the head of the Division for Communications, Marketing, Website and Publications. The VP will be the chief brand steward and strategic leader for all external communications across ±©·çÓ°Òô’s four-campus system. This executive role requires a visionary leader capable of unifying the college’s identity through its mission, while supporting the unique needs of its four locations.
